The staff were very friendly and caring. The room was super clean and full of charm (everything that you hope for in Venice) It was warm and comfortable and the fridge was a helpful addition. The location is absolutely perfect. It was an easy walk to the bus, to everywhere that we wanted to visit and it is surrounded by several great restraunts, cafes and bakeries. If I could give it 10 stars, I would!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Beautiful old building. Loved the location. Short walk from the train station, close to shopping and food. Loved having a place to leave our luggage and a guest restroom while we waited for our train.

The antique furniture and decor felt very Venetian and in character. The location next to the Guglia Stop was great. The instructions to get to the hotel were perfectly clear.

7 minute walk from the train station! It was HOT and with luggage and a heavy backpack, it was a great location! Walking distance to all the sites!

Staff was helpful and friendly and location was perfect! Would recommend staying in this area where the water taxi is nearby and you're in a great area but out of the main tourist area. Room was very traditional to Venice and had a lot of history. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel was meticulously clean and a 7 minute walk from the train station. It had a lovely terrace also. The owner shared all of the amazing history about the building. We highly recommend this lovely family owned historical oasis!

The room was very nice and clean. The staff were helpful allowing us enter and access our room at a later time than their normal check in. We enjoyed staying here and it is very close to restaurants and other things to do!

Wonderful Venetian hotel with vintage beautiful room. Gorgeous quiet room for sleeping in, during the day we only had to step out and be on our way through streets (or canals!) of Venice. Close proximity to popular Guglie bridge and delicious breakfasts and dinners.

The location was perfect. Just a short walk from the airport bus.

Beautiful and well-maintained historical building with a large, functional balcony. The site is also very accommodating with luggage and restroom facilities prior to and after your stay.

Only a few minutes away from Venezia Santa Lucia. Staff and everyone are super friendly and welcome. The AC in room was the only reason we could survive the heat of Venice. Compare to all nearby hotels, this hotel beats all in terms of value for money and service.

We loved the old school Italian character of this building and the property overall. Our hostess was absolutely lovely and very helpful. Venice is a great place to visit and this property is a great way to experience Italian charm.
